Ambitious about Autism is the national charity standing with autistic children and young people. We want a world where every autistic child and young person can be themselves and realise their ambitions.  

Right now, autistic children and young people are facing impossible challenges in their daily lives. Unfair treatment is becoming routine, invisible, unchallenged. Autistic young people are pushed to the margins; families are under enormous pressure and losing hope.  

Going to school is a daily battle – with many autistic pupils facing bullying, exclusion and a lack of support.  

When they grow up and try to get a job, they again face rejection for being different.  Less than 3 in 10 autistic people have a job. 

Meanwhile families are in crisis trying to support autistic children and young people while struggling with rising living costs. Now is the time for change. We want to ensure that the right support is in place at the right time, for every autistic child. 

Autistic children, young people and their families need our support now, more than ever.
