אונזער היים היא מגבית חיונית עבור חידוש וסיום בניין בית מדרשינו אהל משה, כאשר יש צורך גדול מאוד בחידוש מערכות שונות כמו חשמל מיזוג ואוורור, תיקוני נזילות יציקות ביטון ולמנוע הרבה סכנות, ובעיות תחזוקה שונות שנגרמו משימוש ובלאי במשך השנים. ולא תוחזקו עקב חוסר תקציב, כאשר כל אירו מיותר שנשאר בקופת ביהמ"ד שולם איתו חובות ישנים עבור קניית הבניין.
