Chabad Buckhurst Hill is a Community Centre in Essex dedicated to serving the community with a broad range of events and services.
During the year, projects include Toddler Groups, Youth and Teen Events, Senior Citizens Assistance, Educational programs, Religious services and Social events. Their Centre is a Communal Hub, a safe haven with something for everyone and a second home to so many which is open to all.
A warm, welcoming and non-judgemental environment is a trademark of Chabad.
They service a Rabbi, who with his wife and family are totally dedicated to the community, work 7 days a week and are always available to the community. They offer hospital and prison visitation and chaplaincy, guidance for all who need and drive the community with total self sacrifice and dedication.   
Many have a misconception that as Chabad can be found all over the found, they are somehow funded centrally, however this is NOT the case. Almost every Chabad House is self funding, and certainly Chabad Buckhurst Hill is, and Rabbi Odom Brandman, with his wife Henny, are personally responsible for all the fundraising, in addition to serving the community. So, this campaign is a lifeline to their work and will enable them to focus on their real work, of serving the community.
