My Shabbos Family was established to fulfil the needs for families with individuals that have certain disabilities or special needs, to receive their much needed respite.

We provide a meal matching service, whereby a special needs individual is hosted by another family for a Shabbos meal on a weekly basis. 

Amongst other things, we provide volunteers on Shabbos afternoon programs where we take out the children to one of our fully equipped Hub’s across London, Manchester and Gateshead.

Besides providing parents and families with a much needed break, we also provide the kids with fantastic opportunities to build their sensory skills in our Hub's fully equipped sensory rooms and provide games to match each child’s very specific needs.

Here at My Shabbos Family we aim to provide a quality program with fully trained volunteers.

A program that is filled with fun and educational activities for the children.
