'Our Hidden Treasure' was established to help children in need struggling with education and mental health difficulties. We support children to succeed in the world around them, setting them up for a bright future.

Our services include:

• Individual teaching - helping children access learning and keep up in class. This is essential to their self-esteem and confidence.

• Specialist sessions - for children with slower processing, teaching them to use whole-brain thinking and make links, benefitting their learning and problem-solving skills.

• Emotional support - helping children with difficult backgrounds understand and regulate their emotions, through play therapy, counselling and mentoring. We ensure children receive necessary essentials including food to help them maintain emotional equilibrium. 

• Speech and language - helping children communicate better, and express themselves to adults and peers.

• Occupational therapy - helping children who have difficulty with fine or gross motor skills and completing basic tasks like getting dressed or using cutlery.
