The HelpLine is a 24/7 anonymous support service dedicated to the Jewish community, offering culturally sensitive assistance via phone, SMS, and WhatsApp. Established in 2019 in response to a mental health crisis, we provide a safe space for individuals facing anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and other challenges. With over 22,000 calls in 2024 alone, our trained volunteers and case managers ensure that no one struggles alone. Confidential, compassionate, and always available—including on Shabbat and Jewish holidays—The HelpLine is a vital lifeline for those in need.

Our mission is that no-one should ever struggle alone.
