זכינו וקרוב לארבעה עשר שנה מתנוססת לתפארה כולל ע"ש בעל הפנים מאירות זי"ע בעיר הבירה ווינא, אשר קול התורה נשמע בה למרחקים, יום ולילה קיץ וחורף לא ישבות.

"כולל פנים מאירות" נודע בייחודיותו כי על חבריה נמנים הן בעלי בתים הנהנים מיגיע כפיהם אשר ברצונם למלאות את נפשם בלימוד התורה הק', והן בכלי קודש כדוגמת מלמדי תשב"ר ואברכי הכוללים, אשר מנצלים את שעות הכולל על מנת להרוות את צמאונם ולהרבות יגיעתם בעסק התורה הק'.

בימים אלו, לקראת יום ההילולא של בעל הפנים מאירות רבינו מאיר בן רבי יצחק מאייזנשטאט זצ"ל הזמן גרמא והעת נכונה לקחת חלק ולהיות שותף לעזר ולאחיסמך להמשיך ולהרחיב את גבולות ומפעלות הכולל לעילוי נשמתו הק', אשר כידוע היה בזמנו מגדולי מפיצי התורה באירופה ואור תורתו מאירה לנו עד ימינו אנו.
