Shabbat for Israel

On Shabbat 3rd-4th November, Seed is looking for 240 families to upgrade their Shabbat in support of the 240 hostages from Israel being held by Hamas. By taking on one or more of these five upgrades, you will be showing solidarity and unity as part of the Jewish people’s spiritual front line for Israel.

Five Upgrades

1. Light Shabbat candles on time (4:15 London, 4:18 Manchester)

2. Go to shul on Friday night or Shabbat morning

3. Digital detox: put devices away on Friday night

4. Make kiddush - both on Friday night and Shabbat day

5. Keep the entire Shabbat - from sunset on Friday to stars out on Saturday
