Tikvatenoe offers a comprehensive range of services for  84 children with disabilities, from infancy to adulthood, along with their families. Our programs operate continuously, 365 days and nights a year, providing a wide array of therapies, including educational frameworks, sports and wellness activities, recreational opportunities, and essential respite services. Tikvatenoe is dedicated to nurturing each child’s potential while supporting families every step of the way.
Tikvatenoe is both a daycare and a residential facility for children and adults with disabilities. Our primary focus is to support each child's optimal development by attending to their physical, medical, and emotional needs. We provide specialized care for children and adults with complex developmental disorders, including those who are tube-fed or have significant medical challenges.

Darkenoe at Tikvatenoe
Darkenoe is a unique on-site school within Tikvatenoe, dedicated to providing tailored education At Darkenoe, we create a personalized program for every student, ensuring that their unique needs are met. We work closely with parents to develop tailored plans and schedules, focusing on what each child requires academically, socially, and emotionally.

Some children at Tikvatenoe return home at the end of the day with Tikvatenoe’s bus, while others stay in the residential area, where they enjoy an evening program with nutritious meals and their physical needs attended to. Additionally, children stay overnight on Shabbes.
During summer and winter holidays, many more children stay overnight at Tikvatenoe, providing their families the opportunity to take vacations while knowing their children are well cared for.
Once a year we take all the children for a weeklong holiday to the sea, to Villa Altol.
Sundays are designated as outing and leisure days, during which the children visit a variety of parks and do activities.

Maintaining a large organization like Tikvatenoe and Darkenoe involves careful planning and coordination across multiple areas to ensure that every child and adult receives the best care possible.
