From noon on Friday 7 March until noon on Monday 10 March 2025, Jersey Hospice Care is looking to raise £100,000. Our Together for Hospice campaign aims to raise awareness and funding for the outstanding care we give people with life-limiting conditions to ensure everyone can access it in the way they need it!

Being diagnosed and living with a life-limiting condition, can be an unsettling and anxious time. At Jersey Hospice Care we bring vital warmth, support and security to patients and their loved ones. We support islanders at the different stages of their illness and help them to have the best possible quality of life for the time they have left.

Joy, laughter, tears, and magical moments happen every day in Hospice, in the sanctuary of people’s own homes, and in the community. Our dedicated team of colleagues and volunteers help islanders face end of life with dignity, hope and love.

By donating to our Together for Hospice campaign, you will be joining us in making every moment count for our patients and their loved ones.

You will be supporting island families through dying, death and bereavement with Hospice’s specialist, personalised care. What’s more, during the 72 hours of the campaign, all donations made by the community - up to the value of £50,000 - will be doubled meaning you will be giving double the support – double the care!
